Too Many Attempts
When you log into your Life360 app and verify your phone number, you will receive a verification code via SMS. After multiple incorrect entries, you will be locked out of the app for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can have a new code sent and attempt to log in again. Contact our support team if you need to access your Life360 account sooner.
Invalid Phone Number
You can update your phone number by following the steps below.
If you are already logged into your Life360 app:
- Tap on Update Phone Number.
- Enter your phone number and tap on Continue.
- Enter the verification code you receive via SMS into the Life360 app and tap on Continue.
If you are not logged into your Life360 app:
- Enter your email address and tap on Continue.
- Enter your password and tap on Continue.
- Enter your phone number and tap on Continue.
- Enter the verification code you receive via SMS into the Life360 app and tap on Continue.
Note: If you have entered your phone number correctly and the app states that it is already in use, you can claim your phone number and try again.
