On July 28th, 2023, we identified a technical issue that caused some members to be logged out of the Life360 app and prevented them from logging back in. This issue has been resolved.
If you were affected by this issue, review the troubleshooting steps below to regain access to your account.
Should I create a new account?
We don’t recommend creating a new account. Instead, log in with your existing Life360 login information.
I’m still logged out of the app
Attempt to log back in using your Life360 login information.
Note: If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it.
I’m having trouble logging in with my phone number
Try logging in with your email address and password.
I’m logged in but am no longer an Admin
To become an Admin again, you will need to have a current Admin set you as an Admin of your Circle(s).
I’m logged in but I cannot see my Circles
I created a new account
Once you become a member, if needed, a current Admin can set you as an Admin of that Circle.
I’m logged in, but seeing a blank screen
You need to reinstall the app in order to resolve the issue.
To reinstall the app:
- Delete the Life360 app from your phone.
- Power your phone off for 5 minutes.
- Turn your phone back on.
- Re-install the Life360 app.
- Log in with your Life360 account information.
