Please cancel using the same method you used to subscribe.
Life360 cannot cancel your membership if you signed up through the Apple App Store.

In the Life360 app
Note: The ability to cancel in the Life360 app is currently available to a small number of members.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Account.
- Tap on Cancel Membership.
- Review the benefits of the plan you want to cancel and tap on Cancel Membership.
- Select your reason for canceling and tap on Continue.
- Tap on Yes, Confirm Cancelation.
- When the App Store screen appears, review the details of the plan you want to cancel and tap on Cancel Subscription.
In the App Store
- Tap to manage your Apple subscriptions on your iPhone or open the App Store app..
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on Life360.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled. If you do not see the word 'Subscriptions,' it means you do not have any subscriptions with Apple.
Note: We do not provide refunds for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. Upon canceling any Subscription Features, your subscription will be valid until your paid period is completed. (Terms of Use, Section D.)
