If you have activated your Tile and linked your Tile and Life360 accounts, but you cannot see your Tile’s last known location on your Life360 map or ring to find it, this article will guide you through several troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting in the Life360 app
My Tile account is linked, but I can’t see my Tiles
While your Tile account will link to Life360 immediately, information in the Tile app can take 15 minutes or more to show up in the Life360 app. This time can vary depending on when Life360 receives the information from the Tile app.
Note: Tiles must be activated to show in your Life360 account.
If you cannot see your Tiles on your Life360 map, ensure Bluetooth is enabled.

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on Connections.
- Tap on the toggle to turn Bluetooth On.
