Reset Password
To reset your password, use the Life360 Reset Password tool, or follow these steps to get a password reset link:
- On the app login screen, select Forgot Password.
- Tap on Continue to have a reset link sent to you by SMS text and email.
- Enter and confirm your new password. It must meet Life360’s password requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- Approved special characters are *.!@#$%^&(){}[]:;,.?/~_+-=|\
- No spaces
- No emojis
Verify Your Phone Number
Once you reset your password, you will be required to verify your phone number. Follow these steps to verify your phone number:
If you are not logged into your Life360 app:
- Open the Life360 app and tap Sign in.
- Enter your phone number or email and tap Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive via text and tap Continue.
If you are already logged into your Life360 app:
- Open the Life360 app and tap on Settings in the upper left corner.
- Tap on Account.
- Tap on Phone Number.
- If it is unverified, a red exclamation point appears next to the phone number.
- Enter your phone number and tap on Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code that you receive via text and tap on Continue.
