The Find My Phone feature in the Life360 app allows you to ring your mobile phone by pressing the button on your Tile device. To use this feature in the Life360 app:
- You must have an activated Tile device linked to your Life360 account.
- Your phone must be within Bluetooth range of your Tile to be found.
Note: This feature does not work with Tile Lost and Found Labels.
To enable Find My Phone for your Circle:
- Tap on the Settings icon in the upper left corner.
- Tap on Tiles.
- Note: Only the account that linked the Tiles can see the Tile option under Settings. If someone else in your Circle linked the Tiles from their account, the Tiles option will not show.
- Tap on the Primary user under Reverse Ring User.
- Select the Circle member’s phone to ring.
To find your phone with a Tile device:
- Double-press the Tile button on your Tile device.
- Listen for your phone to ring.
- It will ring even if it is in silent mode.
Note: If you cannot ring your phone with Tile, you may need to check the connection or battery.
To stop the ring:
- Tap on the notification.
- Tap on Found it.
You can also:
- Press the phone’s power button.
- Press the phone’s volume up or down button.
- Open the Life360 app.
