App Refresh Steps (iOS)

If the Life360 app is not functioning as it should, you can refresh the app.

iOS

Note: Do not uninstall the app.

1. Open the Life360 app.
2. Tap on Settings in the upper left corner.
3. Tap on Log Out.
4. Open your Recently Used apps.
   • If your phone has a home button, double tap the home button.
   • If your phone does not have a home button, swipe up from the bottom to the middle of the screen and hold until all open app cards appear.
5. Scroll left or right to find Life360 and swipe up to close it.
6. Power your phone off briefly and turn it back on.
7. Open the Life360 app and log in.
