To use your Jiobit for Pets BETA, activate it in the Life360 app.
There is no orange light on my Jiobit for Pets BETA when placed in the dock.
If the light is green, it has already been paired.
If there is no light, reset the Jiobit for Pets BETA. Once the reset is complete, attempt to activate the Jiobit again.
The orange light on my Jiobit for Pets BETA is not turning green.
If the light on your Jiobit for Pets BETA does not turn green while plugged into the dock:
- Force close all apps from your recent apps page.
- Restart your phone.
- Open the Life360 app and attempt to activate the Jiobit again.
If the light still does not turn green, check that your phone has a strong connection to the network (WiFi or cellular) and attempt to activate the Jiobit again.
The app shows Unable to retrieve location.
If the app cannot retrieve your Jiobit for Pets BETA’s location, it is outside of Bluetooth range.
The app shows Connection failed.
If a “Connection failed” error appears, turn your Bluetooth off and back on and attempt to activate the Jiobit again. If the error persists:
- Restart your phone.
- Reset the Jiobit for Pets BETA.
- Once the reset is complete, attempt to activate the Jiobit again.
The app shows Network Error
If a “Network error” error appears, check that your phone has a strong connection to the network (WiFi or cellular) and attempt to activate the Jiobit again.
