Account Locked
When you enter your email in the Life360 app, you will receive a verification code via email. If the incorrect code is entered too many times, your ability to verify your email will be disabled for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can request a new code and attempt to log in again.
If you need to verify your email before the 24-hour reset, tap on Contact Us at the bottom of this page, and a member of our team will assist you.
Verification Code Not Received
If you are not receiving the verification code, make sure you have entered the correct email address and check your spam folder.
Email Invalid
If you are already logged into your Life360 app, you can update your email by following these steps:
- Tap on Update Email.
- Enter your email and tap on Continue.
- Enter the verification code you receive via email into the Life360 app and tap on Continue.
Forgot Password
To reset your password, use the Life360 Reset Password tool. You can also request a password reset link.
Email Already In Use
If the email you entered is already in use, try again with a different email. Once you have signed in with the new email, you can rejoin any Circles you were previously in.
