Reset Your Tile Real Time Tracker

Note: Before you reset your Jiobit for Pets BETA, ensure all charging components are working. To test the power supply, connect a micro USB-compatible device to the cable and power block.

Hardware Reset

1. Remove any accessories from the Jiobit for Pets BETA.
2. Turn Bluetooth Off on all smartphones in your Circle within a 30ft radius of the Jiobit.
3. Plug the USB cable of the charging dock directly into the USB port of a computer.
4. Locate the button (logo) on the gray side of the device. Press and hold for 30 seconds.
5. Place the Jiobit for Pets BETA on the charging dock.
   • Once the reset is complete, the Jiobit cycles through rapid green flashing lights and moves into a slow orange flashing light.
6. Re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
