To Identify your Jiobit you can reference the photos below:
First and Second Jiobit Generations - can be identified by the sticker on the back that shows a small QR code and the S/N printed on the back of the device, along with Model, FCC ID, and IC ID
To differentiate between the gen 1 and 2 devices you can look at the S/N:

1st Generation Jiobit S/Ns start with a 1
- Please note this generation is no longer supported, due to the 3G shutdown in the U.S.
- 2nd Generation Jiobit S/Ns start with a 0
This S/N is required when you contact customer care to assist you with your tracker
Third Generation Jiobit - can be identified by the laser-etched QR code and the LFID starting with letter "Q" (Lost and Found ID) printed under the QR code.
This LFID is required when you contact customer care to assist you with your tracker.
