My Tile Detector Isn't Updating

If the Tile Detector rings are not updating as you get closer/further from your Tile, here are a few things to try.

Check for device compatibility, software updates, and settings

• Check if your device is compatible with the Tile app.
• Check if your device's operating system is up to date.
• Check if you have the latest version of the Tile app. This ensures your app is running at peak performance.
• Check your permissions settings.

Reboot your device and refresh your Bluetooth connection

For iOS:

1. Go to your device's Settings.
2. Select Bluetooth.
3. Toggle the switch to Off, then back to On.

For Android:

1. Go to your device's Settings.
2. Tap Bluetooth or the Bluetooth symbol.
3. Switch to Off, then back to On.
