Follow the steps for your device to cancel your membership. Deleting your account or Life360 app does not cancel your membership.
To cancel your membership:
- You must be the Circle Admin.
- You must use the same method you used to subscribe to cancel your membership, as this cannot be done in the app.
Life360.com
- Log into your account on Life360.com.
- Tap on Manage Membership.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play subscribers)
- Tap to manage Google Play subscriptions on your Android phone or open your Google Play app.
- Tap on your Profile Icon on the top right.
- Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap on Life360.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
Apple
App Store subscribers:
Note: Life360 cannot cancel your membership if you signed up through the Apple App Store.
- Tap to manage your Apple subscriptions on your iPhone or open the phone Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on Life360.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
- The subscription is already canceled if there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text. If you do not see the word 'Subscriptions,' it means you do not have any subscriptions with Apple.
In-app with credit/debit or Apple Pay:
- Open the Life360 app and tap the membership tab
- Tap on Manage Membership.
- Tap on Cancel Membership.
- If you do not see the Cancel Membership option, follow the steps for App Store Subscribers.
- Tap on Confirm Cancellation.
Note: We do not refund any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or anything else. Upon canceling any Subscription Features, your subscription will be valid until your paid period is completed. (Terms of Use, Section D.)
