Please cancel using the same method (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Life360.com) you used to subscribe.
Life360 cannot cancel the subscription for you. Uninstalling the app or deleting the Circle will not cancel your subscription.
For Android (Google Play subscribers):
- Log into your Google Play account or tap to manage Google Play subscriptions on your Android phone
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Select Life360
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For iPhone (Apple in-app purchase subscribers):
- Open the phone Settings app or tap to manage your Apple subscriptions on your iPhone
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Life360
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. If you do not see the word 'Subscriptions', it means you do not have any subscriptions with Apple.
For members who signed up and paid on the website (Oct. 26, 2021 and later):
- Go to Life360.com and log into your account. Note: This cannot be done in the app.
- Tap Manage Membership
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: You must be the Circle Admin to cancel.
For members who signed up and paid on the website (pre-Oct. 26, 2021):
Because you purchased your subscription using an old version of our website that is no longer supported, please submit a request to our Customer Support team for help.
NOTE: Please note that we do not provide refunds for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. Upon canceling any Subscription Features, your subscription will be valid until your paid period is completed. (Terms of Use, Section D.)
