We’re certainly sad to see you go, but we’ve made it easy to cancel your Life360 subscription by following the steps below.
You must cancel your subscription in order to not be billed - Life360 cannot cancel the subscription for you.
Uninstalling the app or deleting the Circle will NOT cancel your subscription.

For Android (Google Wallet subscribers):
- Call Google Wallet at 855-836-3987 (press #1)

Open the App Store app

Tap on your profile account icon at the top right

Tap on 'Subscriptions' (if you do not see the word 'Subscriptions', it means you do not have any subscriptions with Apple. Another member of your Circle may have purchased Life360 Premium Membership, and that member must be the one to cancel.)

Tap on Life360 and 'Cancel Subscription'
For members who signed up and paid on the website (Oct. 26, 2021 and later):
- Sign in to your Life360 account on the website. This cannot be done in the app.
- Once logged into your account, navigate to the Membership Overview dashboard and scroll down and click on the link that says "Cancel membership".
- If you originally paid for your subscription through your account on the Life360 website, you will be able to cancel it. If your subscription was purchased elsewhere, refer to the steps above.
For members who signed up and paid on the website (pre-Oct. 26, 2021):
- Because you purchased your subscription using an old version of our website that is no longer supported, please click 'Contact Us' at the top of this FAQ page.
- Complete and submit the form with "I'd like to cancel my membership" in the freeform text box. Our team will help you right away.
NOTE: You may cancel your account at any time; however, there are no refunds for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. Upon canceling any Subscription Features, your subscription will be valid until your paid period is completed. (Terms of Use, Section D.)
