You may see a message that your information is already in use with Life360.
If you have never created a Life360 account, one of two things may have occurred:
- Someone who used to own your phone number has a Life360 account and did not update their information. If a Life360 account was previously created using the mobile number you now own, claim this number.
- Another member may have mistyped their email address. If you are receiving the message that your email address is already in use, contact Customer Care.
