Travel Support provides U.S. Platinum Members with medical information and services that include:
- 24-hour Nurse Helpline - clinical assessments, education, and general health information
- Emergency Medical Evacuation - coordination of air and/or surface transportation and medical care during transportation from a hospital or medical facility to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available
- Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Referrals - referrals to medical and/or dental professionals and pharmacies in the given geographic area
To access Medical Assistance:
- Tap on the Safety tab
- Tap on the Medical Assistance row
- Reach trained agents by tapping the call button
NOTE: Platinum members are responsible for the costs charged by third-party service providers in the execution of any of the services offered. Medical Assistance is not a first responder and is NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR 911. In the event of a critical emergency, always dial 911 (or local first responders if 911 isn’t available in your area) immediately.
