If you are trying to purchase a Life360 membership on your Android phone but are seeing an error when trying to complete the purchase, the following may be happening:
- You are not logged into the Google Play app.
- Your Google Play payment method needs to be updated.
To resolve this error, make sure you are logged into Google Play. Tap on the account button at the top right to log into your Google Play account.
