If you are trying to purchase a Life360 Membership subscription on your Android phone, but you are seeing an error when trying to complete the purchase, take a look at the info below to resolve this.
This error can happen when you are not logged into the Google Play app, or your payment method on file with Google Play needs to be updated.
- Google Help: Sign in to your Google Account
- Link to Google Play Store Be sure you are logged into Google Play. Tap on the account button at the top right to log into your Google Play account.
The Google Play Store app should already be installed on your phone, look for this icon.
