If you are a Life360 member in the U.S. or Canada and have a Gold or Platinum Membership, Identity Theft Protection benefits are included with your membership.
Benefits of Identity Theft Protection include:
- ID Theft Restoration (included with Gold and Platinum Membership): Identity theft restoration specialists are available 24/7 to help investigate any suspicious activity that indicates potential identity theft. If you are a victim of identity theft, our specialists will gather your information and walk you through the steps to restore your identity over the phone; they will complete the heavy lifting to ensure your identity is restored, including the necessary paperwork, saving you hundreds of hours.
- ID Theft Coverage: For both Gold and Platinum members, call us at any time and one of our specialists will walk you through how to submit a stolen funds reimbursement claim. If you are a Gold member, you are eligible for up to $25,000 reimbursement for costs associated with out-of-pocket expenses related to identity theft. If you are a Platinum member, you are eligible for up to $1,000,000 reimbursement for stolen bank funds in addition to out-of-pocket expenses. For the exact breakdown of identity theft reimbursement eligibility by plan and type of cost, see below. If your reimbursement claim is successful, it will be mailed to you as a check. The agent will verify the level of insurance coverage you are eligible for over the phone by confirming your email address.

To access these benefits, members should go to the Safety tab in the Life360 app and tap on the Identity Theft Protection row, which will lead to a screen with a call button for Gold and Platinum members to reach Identity Theft restoration specialists.

Platinum Membership: $1,000,000 per Circle member per year
Platinum covers reimbursement of stolen bank funds AND out of pocket expenses related to ID Theft under the following limits:
Gold Membership: $25,000 per Circle member per year
Covers up to a total of $25,000. This plan covers out of pocket expenses related to ID Theft, but does NOT cover reimbursement of stolen bank funds. Same limits apply to the out of pocket expenses as listed above.
Credit Monitoring: IdentityForce credit monitoring services are available to up to two (2) Adults in a Life360 Circle subscribed under a current Platinum plan membership. Access to IdentityForce credit monitoring services requires registration at the IdentityForce website and is subject to the IdentityForce Terms of Use. Life360 does not directly provide any credit monitoring services or collect any information from Users related to the use of credit monitoring services.
