Travel Support provides Platinum members in the US and Canada with travel services that include:
- 24/7 emergency travel arrangements to help you change airlines and hotels or make car rental reservations.
- Lost or stolen travel documents assistance if you need to replace passports, airline documents, birth certificates, and other travel-related documents.
- Lost luggage assistance will track any luggage lost in transit once you have filed a claim with the airline.
- Translator and interpreter referrals so you can receive access to an interpreter via telephone 24 hours a day or referrals to local translators and interpreters in the case of communication problems.
- Pre-trip information to prepare you with visa, passport, and vaccination requirements, cultural information, weather conditions, embassy and consulate referrals, foreign exchange rates, and travel advisories.
Note: Travel Support Coverage only provides the coordination of services needed. The member is responsible for any costs charged by third-party services (e.g., fees for airline changes, new hotel reservations, interpreter assistance).
To access Travel Support:
