You can cancel your Tile subscription through the same method you used to subscribe (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Tile account via Life360.com).
iOS (In-app)
- On your Apple device, go to Settings.
- Tap on [Your Name] at the top of the screen.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on your Tile subscription.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap on your Profile Icon on the top right. Ensure you are under the correct email address.
- Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap on the Tile subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions to confirm.
Tile account via Life360 website
- On Life360 Login Page, tap on Tile Members can access your account here.
- Enter your Tile account email address and password, or
- Tap on Use Link Instead to log in via a link sent to your email.
- Tap on Continue.
- Tap on the Account icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Billing & Premium and tap on Manage Subscription.
- Tap on the Tile Premium subscription details.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
Refunds are not available for unused subscription time. You will have access to the benefits for the rest of your subscription period.
