What you get with Premium and Premium Protect
Tile Premium and Premium Protect subscription plans offer premium features designed to enhance your finding experience. A single membership covers all of your Tiles.
- Smart Alerts proactively notify you when you’ve left Tiled items behind.
- Rest easier with our Worry-Free Warranty and get replacement Tiles for defects or accidental damage.
- With Unlimited sharing, you can share your Tile's location with as many trusted friends and family members as you like. This is especially useful with items like remotes, car keys, etc.
- Your Location History is expanded to include the last 30 days so you can retrace your steps to find your Tiled item.
- Get exclusive text access to our Premium Customer Care team.
- If Tile can't find your lost items, you'll be reimbursed through Item Reimbursement. This is available only for members in the United States (US) and members in Australia (AU) or United Kingdom (UK) who subscribed before 12/16/2024.

Premium users can upgrade directly in the Tile App.

You can make Premium or Premium Protect account changes such as updating your payment method, upgrading or downgrading your subscription, or canceling your subscription.
Worry-Free Warranty for current Premium subscribers
All current subscribers (Premium and Premium Protect) are covered by the Worry-Free Warranty. You do not need to do anything to receive this global benefit.
Item Reimbursement
Item Reimbursement is only available for members in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), and Australia (AU) at this time.
Using Tile without a subscription
Tile will help you find your lost items, whether nearby or far away without a subscription.
However, we highly recommend subscribing to Premium or Premium Protect to take advantage of all Tile has offers help you find your items.
Disabling Premium or Premium Protect Features
Premium or Premium Protect features such as Smart Alerts, Unlimited Sharing, and 30-Day location cannot be disabled.

Tile Premium and Premium Protect are available in all countries supported by the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store.
