Background Restrictions for Android

For the Life360 app to work correctly, you must ensure your background activity is unrestricted.

 

To turn off background restrictions on your phone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on Apps.
  3. Scroll down to and tap on Life360.
  4. Tap on Battery.
  5. Remove restrictions or select Unrestricted.
