For paid members in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, SOS with 24/7 Emergency Dispatch initiates contact with a 24/7 Emergency Dispatch service when an SOS Alert is triggered and the countdown is complete. The Life360 app will alert your Circle members and emergency contacts and notify our 24/7 Emergency Dispatch center.
Our emergency dispatchers will call you to understand your situation and contact the appropriate authorities, such as the police or ambulance, to help you. They will also call your Circle members and emergency contacts until someone answers to inform them of the situation and let them know that emergency services have been dispatched to your location.
Note: If you are in multiple Circles and you have a paid membership on any Circle, 24/7 Emergency Dispatch will contact you regardless of the Circle from which you trigger an SOS alert.
