You can use the same login information on your new phone to access your Circles and history:
- If possible, log out of the Life360 app on your old phone.
- Download Life360 to your new phone.
- Log in with the username and password on your account.
If your new device is still showing the location of your old device:
- Change the password on your account.
- Log out of your Life360 app.
- Power off your phone.
- Log in to your Life360 account.
- Tap on Check In to specify your location.
This will refresh the account. Keep in mind that it may take some time to sync your information.
