Login to Life360 on My New Device

You can use the same login information on your new phone to access your Circles and history:

1. If possible, log out of the Life360 app on your old phone.
2. Download Life360 to your new phone.
3. Log in with the username and password on your account.

If your new device is still showing the location of your old device: 

1. Change the password on your account.
2. Log out of your Life360 app.
3. Power off your phone.
4. Log in to your Life360 account.
5. Tap on Check In to specify your location.

This will refresh the account. Keep in mind that it may take some time to sync your information.
