Create an Account

1. Open or download the Life360 app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on Get Started.
3. Enter your phone number and tap on Continue.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and tap on Continue.
5. Enter your first and last name and tap on Continue.
6. Enter your email address and tap on Continue.
7. Create a password and tap on Continue.
   • Your password must meet Life360’s password requirements:
     • At least 8 characters
     • At least 1 letter
     • At least 1 number
     • At least 1 special character 
       • Approved special characters are *.!@#$%^&(){}[]:;,.?/~_+-=|\
     • No spaces
     • No emojis
8. Enter your birthday and tap on Continue. 
   • Note: Minors under the age of 13 will be asked to hand their phone to their legal guardian to give approval and provide a photo ID.
9. Tap on Continue.
10. If you have an invite code to join someone else’s Circle, enter the code and tap Submit. If you want to create a new Circle, tap on Create a new Circle.
11.  Enter a name for your Circle and tap on Continue.
12. Select your role (e.g., Mom, Dad, Friend) in the Circle.
13. Add your photo, or skip this step.
14. Invite people to your Circle.
