Life360 can only refund orders placed directly through our website. If you purchased your hardware through another party (like Amazon.com), contact them directly for return instructions.
You can return your hardware for a refund within 30 days from the day you received your shipment.
The order must be returned in good condition with its original packaging.
Partial returns of Tile orders are not eligible for a refund (If you ordered 4 Tiles, you must return all 4 Tiles to receive a refund).
Our Customer Care team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) along with instructions on how to return your order.
When you are ready to return your order, we recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so that you can track your shipment. Life360 is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return order.
Note: The return can be shipped Ground. Priority shipping is not required.
Once the return is processed and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details on when to expect your refund. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
