After you activate your Jiobit for Pets Beta, you can connect it to Wi-Fi.
Note: Please ensure that the Wi-Fi network you connect to is the correct network you want to use for your Jiobit for Pets Beta. Once your Jiobit for Pets Beta has been connected to a Wi-Fi network, the network cannot be changed.
If your Wi-Fi network is not showing on the network list or the connection to your wifi network has failed, check the following:
- You have at least one Place set up on your Life360 app.
- Your Jiobit for Pets Beta is in range of the Place where the Wi-Fi network is.
- The Wi-Fi network is password-protected. Unsecured Wi-Fi networks will not appear on the available network list.
- It is connected to a 2.4gHZ Wi-Fi network. 5gHZ networks will not appear on the available network list.
