To use the Pet GPS, you need to activate it in the Life360 app. Before you activate your Pet GPS, make sure that:
- Your Life360 app is on the latest version.
- Your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
- Your Pet GPS is near the phone you are setting it up with.
No LED During Activation
If the LED on your Pet GPS does not begin to blink during activation:
- Press and hold the top button for 10-15 seconds. The LED will blink 4-5 times to indicate a reset.
- Attempt activation again.
If the LED does not blink after the reset:
- Plug your Pet GPS into the charging cable. The LED will begin a slow pulse after 5-10 minutes.
- If there is no LED after 10 minutes, leave it plugged in for up to 2 hours until there is an LED.
- Attempt activation again.
Connection Failed
If the app shows that the connection failed during activation:
- Force-close all apps on your phone.
- Open the Life360 app and attempt to activate your Pet GPS again.
