Reconnect My Device

To reconnect your device, log out and log back in.

1. Tap on Settings in the upper left corner.
2. Scroll down and tap on Log Out.
3. Force close the Life360 app.
4. Power off the phone for at least two minutes.
5. Log back in with the same email/phone number and password.

As long as an internet connection is present, you will regain connection to Life360.
