Life360 provides real-time location information for members based on the location of their mobile devices.
It is not possible to sign into multiple devices with the same email address or Life360 account simultaneously. This ensures the most accurate location for each member in your Circle.
When you sign into Life360 on a new device, we will automatically sign you out of any other device you are signed into to prevent issues with location or Place Alerts.
- If you are signed in on only one device and are still experiencing location issues, check your settings to improve your location accuracy.
- If you are having trouble signing into your account, you can reset your password.
Note: You will receive a new device email if you or a member of your Circle log in to the app, either after logging out or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, even if it was not on a new device.
