If you have a pet, you can create a profile for them in the Life360 app to help other members identify them if they go missing.
Create a Pet Profile
- Tap on the Paw Print icon below the map.
- Tap on Add a pet.
- Tap on Add my pet.
- Select the kind of pet you have.
- Enter your pet’s name and tap on Continue.
- Tap on Add a Photo.
- Select the photo you want to use, adjust and crop to your liking, and tap on Looks great.
- Enter your pet’s details and tap on All Set.
- To link a Pet GPS:
- Tap on Link a Life360 tracker.
- If you have an active Pet GPS in the Circle, select the Pet Tracker and tap on Link this tracker.
- If you have a new Pet GPS, select Activate a Pet Tracker and follow the steps to add a Pet GPS.
Note: Ensure you add specific details about your pet and upload a clear, recent photo that shows your pet’s face and identifiable markings so your pet is easily identifiable if you ever need to send a Lost Pet Alert.
Update or Delete a Pet Profile
- Tap on the Paw Print icon below the map.
- Select the Pet Profile you want to manage.
To link a Pet GPS:
- Tap on Link a Life360 Pet GPS.
- Select the tracker you want to link.
- Tap on Link this tracker.
To update or delete a Pet Profile:
- Tap on the Pet Profile at the top of the pillar.
- To make updates, edit the necessary information and tap on Save.
- To delete, tap on Delete (Pet Name)’s profile at the bottom.
Note: Deleting a Pet Profile does not deactivate a Pet GPS. If you delete a Pet Profile with an active Pet GPS, the Pet GPS will appear under your Items (Tiles). To deactivate your Pet GPS, you can factory reset it in the Life360 app.
